The ZWlLLING Group, as part of the Wilh. Werhahn Group, is committed notonly to compliance with the laws of the respective country, but also to the valuesof our company as set out in the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct servesas the basis for responsible, ethically correct cooperation with integrity. Thisapplies both in dealings within the ZWlLLlNG Group and with third parties, suchas business partners and suppliers.

ZWlLLING is committed to social, environmental and ethical compliance. wealign our actions with clear principles and create value for generations with ourbrands. We expect the same commitment from all our suppliers and ask them tocontribute to this by adopting a holistic approach, continuously improving theirsocial, environmental and ethical performance and by undertaking to addressthose requirements within their supply chain. For this purpose, ZWlLLlNG has setup this Supplier Code of Conduct.

The Wilh. Werhahn KG has published a policy statement on human rights andenvironment-related duties of care. In addition to our self-image as part of theglobal supply chain, it contains information on how we comply with our duediligence obligations, the human rights and environmental risks that havepriority for us and our expectations towards our employees and suppliers.

Since 2017,ZWlLLING has proudly been a member of the amfori BSCl(Business Social Compliance Initiative). Our active membership in this cross-industry initiative reflects our commitment to respect, follow and continuouslyimplement social standards with our business partners. The foundation of BSCland our agreement with partners is the amfori B$Cl Code of Conduct. lt outlinesthe practice of human rights due diligence in accordance with internationallyrecognized laws and principles.

To continuously improve the environmental performance of our supplyingfactories, we actively participate in the amfori BEPl (Business EnvironmentalPerformance Initiative). This program helps suppliers strengthen themanage the factories'understanding of environmental practices andenvironmental impact. Additionally,it supportsZWILLING in creatingtransparency and driving meaningful improvements with our suppliers. Thefoundation of BEPl and our agreement with partners is the amfori BEPl Code ofConduct, lt outlines the practice of environmental due diligence in accordancewith internationally recognized laws and guidelines.
