Under Armour Returns & Exchange Policy
The Under Armour Return Policy applies to all gear purchased directly from Under Armour, either in-store or online, within the United States and Canada. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange gear purchased from Under Armour, including eligible gear, time limits, and the steps you need to take to initiate a return or exchange. It is important to note that this policy does not apply to gear purchased from other retailers, or to Under Armour products purchased outside of the United States and Canada.
Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges Policy
Typically we extend our holiday return policy from 60 to 90 days for all orders placed between November 1 and December 31st.
60-Day Returns & Exchanges
Start your return online: Go to Order History under My Account or Return Label | Under Armour within 60 days of receiving your order
Select your return provider: For US returns, you will be prompted to select between dropping off your items at a nearby Happy Returns Bar or a UPS drop off location for. All Canada returns ship via Purolator
Drop off your item(s): Drop your item(s) / package at your nearest Happy Returns Bar or UPS drop off location for US returns and Purolator for Canada returns. Please note that with Happy Returns, the item does not need to be packaged. Don't forget to request a receipt upon dropping off your item(s)!
Receive your refund:
- Happy Returns: Once your gear is processed at the Happy Returns Bar, your refund will be initiated
- UPS Returns (US) & Purolator (Canada): Once your gear is received and processed at our warehouse, then we will begin to refund your order
US & Canada:
You can also return or exchange gear you purchased online to any Brand House or Factory House location. Make sure you have your original sales receipt or gift receipt, and credit card used for your purchase.
Returns Policy
All gear must be returned within 60 days
All gear must have proof of purchase
Gear cannot be worn, used, washed, altered, or opened
Gear must be returned with all original tags
Gear must be purchased directly from UA.com, UA Brand House, or UA Factory House
Gear cannot be returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition
Gear purchased in-store must be returned in the country purchased (E.g., Gear purchased in the US cannot be returned in Canada)
*Please Note:
If gear is returned to us that is outside of our policy and was not accepted for return, it will be donated or discarded. We are unable to send gear back to you once it has been received by our warehouse. Refunds will not be granted for returns outside of the Policy. If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we may choose to decline your return.
Returns
Online Returns:
1. Start your return online: Go to Order History under My Account or ua.com/returnlabel within 60 days of receiving your order.

3. Drop off your item(s): Drop off your item(s) / package at your nearest Happy Returns Bar or UPS drop off location for US returns and Purolator for Canada returns. Don't forget to request a receipt upon drop off!
4. Receive your refund:
- Happy Returns: Once your gear is processed at the Happy Returns Bar, your refund will be generated and be visible (on your original method of payment) within 3-5 business days
- UPS Returns (US) & Purolator (Canada): Once your gear is received and processed at our warehouse, then we will begin to refund your order
*Please Note:
You’ll have the option to print a return label (UPS) or use a QR code (Happy Returns/UPS). You can display the QR code to the representative to have them complete your return label on your behalf.
You can also return or exchange gear you purchased online to any Under Armour Brand House or Factory House location. Make sure you have your original sales receipt or gift receipt, and the credit card used for your purchase.
If you need to return items from different orders, a separate return label and package must be used for each order. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, items may all be included in the same package using one return label.
Under Armour Store Returns by mail: Refunds for Under Armour Brand House and Factory House store returns by mail are issued as a UA e-gift card via email.
In-Store Returns:
Bring your Brand House or Ecomm gear to to any Under Armour Brand House location with your proof of purchase. Factory House purchases are not eligible to be returned or exchanged at a Brand House location
Bring your Brand House, Ecomm or Factory House purchases to any Factory House location with your proof of purchase
Be sure to bring a valid photo ID and original form of payment
Returns will be made back to the original form of payment or UA Gift Card
*Please Note:
If you don’t have the original UA proof of purchase, but your return is accepted, the value of your return will be based on the last known selling price of the item and your refund will be issued in the form of a UA Gift Card.
Exchanges
Need a Different Size or Color?
We’re happy to offer size/color exchanges through UA.com within 60 days of purchase.
Online Exchanges:
Go to ua.com/returnlabel and enter your purchase location, full order # (US-12345334, CA-19378293, etc), and email address used on the order
Choose ‘Exchange Items’ and select which item(s) you’d like to exchange
Select your desired color and/or size
Drop off your item(s) / package at your nearest Happy Returns Bar or UPS drop off location for US returns and Purolator for Canadian returns
For exchanges with Happy Returns, your exchange begins processing as soon as you drop off your gear. A notification with tracking information will be shared once your Exchange ships
Exchanges with UPS or Purolator begin once your gear is received and processed at our warehouse. A notification with tracking information will be shared once your Exchange ships
*Please Note:
For purchases made with gift cards, Applepay, PayPal or Klarna, you will need to return your item for a refund and then place a new order. If there has been a change in the price of your item, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
In-Store Exchanges:
Bring your Brand House or Ecomm gear to any Under Armour Brand House location with proof of purchase. Factory House purchases are not eligible to be returned or exchanged at a Brand House location
Bring your Brand House, Ecomm or Factory House purchases to any Factory House location with your proof of purchase
Be sure to bring a valid photo ID and original form of payment
If the store doesn’t have the same item, a return can be made for the original purchased price to go towards new gear, back to the original form of payment, or in the form of a UA Gift Card

If you don’t have the original UA proof of purchase and your exchange is accepted, the value of your exchange will be based on the last known selling price.
Exchanges for gear purchased with alternative payment methods (Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal) are accepted. If you need to make a return, please follow the return section below.
Refunds
In-Store Refunds:
Returns processed at an Under Armour Brand House or Factory House will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please bring a valid photo ID. We reserve the right to keep your information on file and share it with affiliates as outlined in the Under Armour Privacy Policy. Under Armour reserves the right to limit the number of returns you can make, even with receipts.
Online Returns Timing
*Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be posted.
**Refund to a UA Gift Card will be e-mailed after the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your new UA eGift Card.

Multiple Payment Methods
If an order was purchased with multiple payment methods, then each payment method will be refunded as described in the chart above.
